Put on your costumes and come enjoy an evening in Downtown Norman!
Main Street will be closed for 3 blocks to make room for everyone to enjoy the festivities.

Entertainment and DJ start at 6:00 PM
Costume Contest with Prizes starts at 8:15 PM
